What are the position requirements and details?

W-2 position
-
Weekly pay (Fridays) + yearly holiday bonus
-
All supplies (creams, linens, etc.) provided.
-
Flexible hours: Monday-Friday 9a-7p & Saturdays 9a-4p
-
4.5 hour shifts (can vary; you have control here)

Paid for 1/2 hour additional per service (example 1hr massage = 1.5hrs pay at service pay rate)

Paid training and staff meetings (staff pay rate)

May require local travel to events for chair massage (less than 20mi)

Free use of gym during open hours

Monthly trades with other team members (facials; massage; personal training)

1/2 price use of salt sanctuary, sauna, and red light (can bring family with you at no extra charge)

Must have an active Kentucky Massage License

Must be a member of a professional organization (ex. AMTA; ABMP) with professional insurance.

Experience preferred; open to hiring a newly licensed therapist and providing mentorship.

WELLNESS COORDINATOR
The Wellness Coordinator's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products, booking appointments,
checking the guest into the computer system, charging for services performed, and setting up Halo sessions for guests. Additionally, the Wellness Coordinator is responsible for cleaning of the office as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record
-
Properly open and close office each day according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
-
Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
-
Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the office.
-
Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
-
Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
-
Utilize office computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
-
Familiarity with booking software and POS system
-
Answer the phone promptly and operate phone system accurately and efficiently.
-
Keep the office tidy, sanitized, and organized.
-
Actively promote Wolfe Wellness, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, workshops, promotions and/or discounts available.
-
Set up Halo sessions for guests, and clean Halo after each use.
-
Develop professional and personalized relationship with regular guests.
-
Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
-
Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
-
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
-
Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
-
Must be able to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the office.
-
Assist in all areas of office operation as requested by management.
-
Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the office that require attention.
