This advanced session combines the knowledge of years of continuing education and professional experience of massage and bodywork to perform an exceptional treatment method designed to address the needs of the body and give a soothing experience. A soft tissue therapy which improves the functioning of the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, skeletal and nervous systems. Therapeutic massage also improves the rate in which the body recovers from injury or illness.
These sessions are custom designed to meet your needs. Swedish, Deep Tissue, and many other options are available to you! Discuss with your therapist at your appointment the type of session you desire as well as depth and pressure of the session; which can be adjusted as needed throughout your massage.

CranioSacral Therapy
In the simplest terms, it is a very gentle but profound form of bodywork that addresses fascial restrictions in the deepest layers of your connective tissue, primarily around your brain and spinal cord.

A MESSAGE FROM SARAH ABOUT OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS:
Your first two sessions will be about learning your programs and preparing your body to increase intensity throughout the month. We will be working from the same program with adjustments as needed as you progress. You will be expected to do Foam Rolling, Stretching, Core & Balance outside the office. Failure to do your "fitness homework" will result in slower progress toward your goal and cause unnecessary repetitions in our one-on-one sessions. Sessions will be scheduled for the month at consultation appointment to keep consistency and avoid scheduling conflicts.
This can seem a bit intimidating, but I promise you can do this. The program is custom designed to your body and your fitness level with your lifestyle in mind. It will be made to fit you; not you have to fit to it. We will discuss how you can be successful with your program during our consultation. I look forward to working with you!
